Through work experience, adult clients develop skills in work responsibilities, performance and interpersonal skills. They are provided with paid employment. Supportive services, such as rehabilitation engineering, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and physical therapy are offered. Personal care services, such as restroom assistance, and meal setup and feeding are provided as well. Individualized and small group instruction in self-directed leisure activities, computer skills, and the like, are offered.

Phone for information and an intake appointment to discuss options M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Referral through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) or Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities for those with a DD Medicaid Waiver.

Eligibility
Persons 14 or older, with a documented disability. Participants must be able to coordinate transportation, self-medication and personal care.The agency targets those with developmental disabilities (such as epilepsy and cerebral palsy), traumatic brain injuries, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries.

Offers early intervention and family support services, traditional physical/occupational/speech/language therapy services for children, intensive physical/occupational therapy services, residential services (offers several group homes), an assistive technology center, and organizational and community employment services.
