Relationships Under Construction (RUC) is a non-profit program promoting teen risk avoidance to alcohol, tobacco, drugs and early sexual activity. Services are available in 32 Ohio Counties. Guest Speakers are available for classroom presentations, assemblies, parent meetings, seminars and teacher in services.
