Client Rights Advocate | Fairfield County Adamh Board
Provides information and advocacy for individuals who have had their rights violated by mental health or substance use agencies within the board's Network of Care. Client can file a grievance which means a written complaint initiated either verbally or in writing by a client or by any other person or agency on behalf of a client regarding denial or abuse of any client rights.
