NOTE: Application opens Monday September 15th, 2025. - Visit the website at www.communitylegalaid.org/rtc for more information and to apply for assistance. - Call the agency if assistance is needed completing application or if client needs information on the status of their application.

Eligibility

- Must be a resident of Akron. - Must have a court-ordered eviction and be at least seven (7) days or more away from an eviction. - Must be at 100% or below the federal poverty line with children in the home. - Or must be at 100% or below the federal poverty line and 60 years or over with a disability.
