- Must be a resident of Akron. - Must have a court-ordered eviction and be at least seven (7) days or more away from an eviction. - Must be at 100% or below the federal poverty line with children in the home. - Or must be at 100% or below the federal poverty line and 60 years or over with a disability.
Must provide case number and court date listed on eviction notice, landlord's name and contact information, and full name, date of birth, and Social Security number for all adults on application. Other documentation will be requested as needed.
