Eligibility
- Serves adults 18 years and older. - Must have an Individual Options Waiver (IO Waiver) or local funding from a County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit or Wayne county). Must have Medicaid for Therapeutic Behavioral Services.
