Provides local mechanism for residents to participate in planning and implementing strategies for neighborhood revitalization. Services include: a yearly community garden, block-club organizing, participation in the city of Cleveland's storefront facade and paint refund programs, participation in new home construction, home acquisition, rehabilitation, and sales, commercial district improvement, and home rehabilitation/repair loans.
