Treatment Alternatives To Street Crime (TASC) | Cuyahoga County Public Safety & Justice Services
Provides substance abuse assessment and management services for alcohol and drug-involved offenders as an alternative or supplement to existing criminal justice sanctions. Offers supportive services such as case management, urinalysis testing, intensive outpatient drug abuse treatment, ongoing recovery services, and court advocacy. Monitors the offenders progress and makes reports to the court.

Application process
A written referral including a court order from the Cleveland Municipal Court or the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm. Appointments are generally scheduled for about one month from when referral is made, but may be sooner.

Non-violent adults 18 years and older who have committed a misdemeanor in the Cleveland Municipal Court jurisdication or a felony in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court jurisdiction.
