Eligibility
Pregnant or parenting individuals between 18-24, who are literally homeless or housing unstable. Must be at or below 50% AMI.
Required documents
Will need identifying documents (birth certificates, social security cards, IDs). Can assist with acquiring documents. Proof of income required.

Application process
Those staying in shelter, on the land/in cars, or in hotels being paid for by an agency will need to be connected with Huckleberry House's CARR team first. CARR team will then refer to Home for Families. Those who are doubled up with friends/family or at risk of eviction will speak with Stephanie Coleman. Families will have an initial meeting with their case manager to go over paperwork and talk about next steps.
