Eligibility
Open to individuals who own a home in Hamilton County, including the City of Cincinnati, that was built before 1978. Those with a household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) will be prioritized. Households above 80% AMI may be eligible if they meet other eligibility requirements.
