Parenting Education And Support - What To Do When Your Child Gets Sick | Parent Support Initiative Of Knox County

KCHS and UCLA Health Care Institute offer a FREE workshop to help parents learn how to identify serious illness from common childhood illness, funded by the United Way of Knox County. The program is designed to help you: Make fewer trips to the doctor/ER, decrease time away from work, save money, make sure your child misses fewer school days, reduce worry and stress, gain confidence in making health choices for your child, and receive an easy-to-use guide “What To Do When Your Child Gets Sick.” Dinner and free childcare are available, as well as a $5 gas stipend all participants.
