Homemaker services help consumers achieve and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment by providing tasks which may include: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, kitchen care, bedroom care, bathroom care, laundry, essential shopping, errands and meal preparation. In-home services are available on an as needed basis; homemaking can be provided up to 2 hours per week. Services provided contingent on funding availability.

Crawford County Council on Aging provides advocacy, and in-home and community-based services which will enhance the quality of life for the older adult population of Crawford County by facilitating their efforts to maintain maximum independence as they exercise their right to remain living with dignity in the community.
