Description
Provides administration, enforcement of and information about various Federal labor-related laws. Areas covered include employees rights, minimum wage, overtime pay, wage garnishments, and hours allowed under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA); also covers some worker's compensation provisions including those covering longshore and harbor workers, some transportation workers, energy employees, Federal employees, and Black Lung benefits.
