Rate Reduction Program | Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District

Serves customers of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District Cuyahoga and Summit Counties. Can be homeowner or a tenant (renter - must be responsible for the sewer bill). Household income must be at or below 200% for water and 250% for sewer of the federal poverty guidelines. Customer's who are enrolled in SNAP, HEAP, County Tax Homestead, are automatically eligible for Rate Reduction. Discounts last one year.

Completed application along with proof of all household income for the past 30 days for the applicant (contact NEORSD for a zero income declaration), Photo I.D., Social Security number proof of income or enrollment in equivalent program such as SNAP, and proof of home ownership or proof of sewer bill responsibility if tenant.
