Eligibility
Children within or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system. Includes the following:
  • Children who have been charged with a status offense or low-level misdemeanor offense
  • Children who have shown sexual behavior problems who are not incarcerated or are returning to the community following separation
  • Children who are using substances

Order by Juvenile Court or referral from other agency, such as school district, Child Protective Services, or behavioral health counselor.

Provides programming and services to address and treat behavioral health issues of children who are in the juvenile justice system or at risk. Programs include:
  • ProKids: Social skill development to divert unruly conduct
  • PROTECT: Prevent Relapse Occurrence Team with Enhanced Case management and Treatment. Interaction program that directly addresses sexual behavior problems regarding "sexting" and other minor-related sexual behavior issues.
  • Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Patient-centered treatment plan addressing substance abuse and sobriety
  • Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
