Application process

To request Narcan kit and training, visit: https://richlandhealth.org/narcan-training. After training is completed, participants will schedule an appointment to pick up Narcan kit at Richland Public Health. **For those without internet access, call 419-774-4550 to schedule in-person training.

Eligibility

Open to all. Will accept participants from counties that do not have a Project DAWN program.
