-Counseling and Addiction Recovery Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 am to 9:00 pm (telehealth only after 7:00 pm.),
Friday: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
-Walk-in Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
-Primary Care Hours: Monday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
-Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
-Behavioral Health Lab: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
-Lab Hours: Monday: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

New patient visits are available on a drop-in basis, both online and in person. Patients may also schedule an appointment online, by phone, or by live chat on our website during business hours.
Fees
Medicaid, Traditional Medicare, and some Medicare Advantage Plans are accepted, and we offer a sliding fee scale. Does not process private insurance claims.

Outpatient services provided in the areas of mental health, substance use disorder (addiction recovery), primary care and infectious disease. Mental health counseling provided includes: individuals, couples, family, group, child and EMDR. Psychiatry and case management services available. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) available. Medication assisted treatment available for substance use disorder. On-site pharmacy and lab.
