Program is operated through the Marietta City Law Director's Office, and provides services to victims of the following violent misdemeanor crimes:
  • Domestic Violence
  • Assault
  • Menacing by Stalking
  • Menacing/Aggravated Menacing
  • Telephone Harassment
  • Criminal Trespassing/Aggravated Trespassing
  • Criminal Damaging
  • Vehicular Homicide/Manslaughter
  • Negligent Homicide
  • Sexual Imposition
Services include case information, court advocacy, legal rights information, hearing notification, protection orders, property return, input in sentencing, and recovering costs.
