Personal Care Assistance serves to assist people with severe physical disabilities with daily living. PCA provides financial resources for the daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, food preparation, feeding, medicating, turning, transferring and ambulatory assistance. Meets with clients in respective counties.

Eligibility

Ohio residents 18 and over with severe physical disability. Need no less then 8 consecutive weeks of PCA and no more then 455 hours per quarter. Be living independently and less then 600% of poverty level.
