Provides daytime access to heated facilities during times of extreme cold. People utilizing the warming center should expect a room with access to restrooms, chairs and possibly tables. There are no beds or dedicated sleeping areas. There will be no food preparation areas. These facilities are only intended to be utilized as warming centers.
