-Counseling and Addiction Recovery Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 am to 9:00 pm (telehealth only after 7:00 pm.), Friday: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. -Walk-in Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. -Primary Care Hours: Monday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. -Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. -Behavioral Health Lab: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. -Lab Hours: Monday: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Application process
New patient visits are available on a drop-in basis, both online and in person. Patients may also schedule an appointment online, by phone, or by live chat on the website during business hours.
Fees
Medicaid, Traditional Medicare, and some Medicare Advantage Plans are accepted, as well as a sliding fee scale. Does not process private insurance claims.

Outpatient services provided in the areas of mental health, substance use disorder (addiction recovery), primary care and infectious disease. Offers mental health counseling including EMDR. Psychiatry and case management services available. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) available. Medication assisted treatment available for substance use disorder. Onsite pharmacy and lab.
