Peer To Peer Networking For Cancer (REACH TO RECOVERY) | American Cancer Society
Provides the Reach to Recovery support program, matching volunteers who are breast cancer survivors with newly diagnosed or pre-diagnosis patients who are comparable in age, cancer type and extent, treatment planned, etc., a volunteer will make the initial phone contact and an initial visit to the patient, and will provide literature, exercise information, and other support.
