Provides options education and/or counseling for pregnant women and couples experiencing an unplanned pregnancy or couples considering making an adoption plan for their unborn or newborn infant.

Services include free birthparent counseling, pre-adoptive home studies, foster care certification, pre-placement training, pre- and post-placement adoption counseling, post-placement assessments, post-placement reports, step-parent adoption, home studies, referral services, and ongoing support. Also has programs for birthmothers who have made an adoption plan for their child including retreats and monthly meet-ups.
