Serves youth age 1 through 12 yrs. of age and who are in financial need. If applying through an agency, families may only request help from one organization.
Drivers license or state ID, proof of residency (current utility bill) children's birth certificates or proof of guardianship proof of financial hardship with either last years W2, most recent pay stub, or county assistance paperwork. When filling out web form all information must be filled in with complete first and last name of parent or court appointed guardian (proof must accompany individual picking up toys). Child's first and last name (as it appears on their birth certificate) must be on the registration form.
Registration: application begins September 30, 2025 and remain open until November 20, 2025. Pick up date will be in December (agency will inform).

Register on website September 30, 2025 through October 20, 2025. Clients can only register by web form - there is no phone number to call. After registering, clients should be sure to either print out or write down their confirmation number. Will need to bring required paperwork to the giveaway event. Details, times, and location of pick up will be emailed to those who's applications have been accepted. Approval responses will be sent starting November 20, 2025, with information on where and when to pick up a Christmas Bag.
