Teen Transitional Housing/Shelter | Sojourners Care Network

Assists runaway and homeless youth in Southeastern Ohio through a network of emergency shelters and short- and long-term housing programs. Each young person entering housing receives help with immediate needs followed by case management to help them move from volatile, unsafe living environments to more stable housing. There are no housing facilities in Fairfield Co. at this time but youth from the county are considered for the program.

Sojourners Care Network

A program for young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who have not received a high school diploma or become homeless at the age of 18. Offers transitional housing in a boarding house or their own apartment, all with case management services. Case management provides support and guidance, helps set life goals, requires agreement to the drug policy, and encourages obtaining a high school diploma/GED and/or vocational training. There are no housing facilities in Fairfield Co. at this time, but youth from the county are considered for the program.
