New Directions Domestic Abuse Shelter and Rape Crisis Center serves all survivors of domestic, intimate partner, and sexual violence in Knox County and surrounding counties. No one is turned away. Services offered include a 24-hour hotline, safe housing, individual advocacy, information about community resources, and prevention services.
