Eligibility
  • Service includes simple documents of less than 10 pages.
  • Will not notarize the following:
  • Last Will and Testaments.
  • Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
  • Any Real Estate Transactions including Quit Claim deeds, Mortgages, or Housing Refinancing.
  • Corporate Documents.
  • Documents that require an electronic signature.
  • Documents with more than 10 pages.
  • Foreign passport or Visa applications.
Note: Library reserves the right to refuse notarizing documents for any reason.
Required documents
Photo ID and documents to be notarized. Individuals under 18 must also bring a copy of birth certificate or current school photo ID.
Hours
Walk-in Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10:00am to 7:30pm (last appointment begins at 7:00pm). Appointment Hours: Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm to 7:30pm (last appointment begins at 7:00pm). Friday - Saturday: 10:00am to 4:30pm (last appointment begins at 4:00pm).
