Provides impartial conflict mediation services to assist in Tenant/Landlord Housing/Eviction related dispute resolution. An mediator works with all parties involved to develop a voluntary settlement that is acceptable to all involved. Situations handled include housing/tenant-landlord disputes (evictions, maintenance, deposits, alleged discrimination). Can assist before as well as after an eviction action is filed in court.
