  • Applicants may apply on line (if they have not applied before) or applications are available outside the front door at our office.
  • Applicants must have four or more children, three girls/one boy or three boys/one girl.
  • Applicants must pass a background check.
  • Birth certificates/social security cards/custody papers (if applicable) and verification of income is required.
  • Security deposit/rent amounts based on income.
  • Applicants are also responsible for their electric bill.
