Provides knowledgeable attorneys who can give advice about pension laws and pension rights, and assistance in resolving pension problems with employers. Client may be advised as to self-help measures which he/she can take. Staff will also pursue problems on the client's behalf, and can refer to other attorneys in various Ohio cities who can handle litigation and other complex situations.

Phone Central Intake to make an appointment M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm with staff attorney. Caller should mention that this is about a pension problem.
Fee
Free. However, attorneys in private practice to whom a client is referred for complex or extensive problems would have their own charges.
Eligibility
Open to any resident of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee with pension issues. Will also assist individuals who worked in those states or worked for a company whose headquarters were in those states. No age restriction.
