Provides knowledgeable attorneys who can give advice about pension laws and pension rights, and assistance in resolving pension problems with employers. Client may be advised as to self-help measures which he/she can take. Staff will also pursue problems on the client's behalf, and can refer to other attorneys in various Ohio cities who can handle litigation and other complex situations.
