Parents Helping Parents | Harvard Community Services Center
Provides a program where those who have worked successfully with the county child protection system help parents whose children are in county custody, or who are at risk of their children being placed in custody, to maintain connection with their children, to provide support, resources and information about working with the child protection system, to help the family develop a plan to reunify with their children, and to follow up on the plan with the involved parents.

Application process
A referral is required from a worker with the county's child protection system. Call M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm to make/fax a referral. May also call during these hours if wanting direction on how to be referred to the program.

Free.
Eligibility
Residents of Cuyahoga who have first time cases where their children have been placed in custody of the county child protection system or who are within 14 days of an initial meeting to possibly remove their children from their custody.
