Application process
Referral are made by other mental health agencies, hospitals, private psychiatrists, and Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board for those individuals being identified as needing intensive mental health services.
Fee
Medicaid,private insurance and private pay accepted.
Eligibility
Mahoning county resident. Must be severely mentally ill and have had numerous hospitalizations in the past year.
