Youth Transition Services | Ability Center Of Greater Toledo
Engages youth in activities that align with their skills and interests including recreation, employment, self-advocacy, and transition. Youth will create goals within the areas of leisure, employment, self-advocacy, independent living, and future planning. A plan centered around these goals will be created for each student.
