Serves as the chief legal officer of Darke County. Handles felony prosecution of adults and juveniles and specific crimes such as domestic violence/stalking, drug offenders, and appeals. Represents children's interests in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases and works to establish paternity and collect court-ordered child support. Works closely with the courts and other agencies in providing assistance to victims.
