- Photo ID - W-2 forms for all wages earned in 2024 - Any 1098 and 1099 Forms Forms 1095-A, B and C, Health Coverage Statements - Social Security card, SSA-1099, if an alien without a SS Number, an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number – ITIN - Birth dates for all listed on the return - Copy of last year's federal and state returns (strongly suggested) - Documentation of total paid for child care and child care provider&#39 s Social Security or Employer ID number - Any other relevant tax information about income and expenses including any correspondence received from the IRS in 2024. - If using E-file and receiving refund by direct deposit, will need: bank account number and bank's routing number (best to bring check/checkbook because the numbers will be on the check). To file taxes electronically on a married-filing-joint tax return, both spouses must be present to sign the required forms - IRS-issued Identity Theft PIN number (if applicable). If the taxpayer doesn’t have this number, the return will need to be paper filed. - If using transcripts as proof of income, the return will need to be paper filed
