HOUSING REPAIR LOANS AND GRANTS | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Provides loans of up to $40,000 to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve or modernize their homes and provides grants up to $10,000 to older adult very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards.Loan terms include 1% interest and can extend up to 20 years.
