Older adults 65 years and older, individuals who are disabled or have certain medical conditions (end stage renal disease or ALS-Lou Gehrig's Disease).
Required documents
Vary based on service. Generally will need birth certificate, Social Security card, original citizenship or naturalization papers, copy of US military service papers and W-2.
