Eligibility

Head Start services are for qualifying families at 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) or below, or receiving SNAP/TANF cash assistance; SSI disability; or foster families. Head Start allows limited families up to 130% of FPG. Up to ten (10%) of families may be over-income guidelines.
