Healthy Aging Center | West Side Community House

Provides various social activities, health screenings such as blood pressure, diabetes, or hearing for older adults. Offers a mobile pharmacy for prescription review. Also includes activities such as arts and crafts, yoga, beach volleyball, meditation, bingo, speakers on varied subjects, and monthly field trips.

Application process

Phone for information M-F: 6:30am-2:30pm. Individuals needing van transportation should phone at least one day in advance. Activities and health screenings are subject to change, phone for current schedule or visit the website.

Donations accepted but not required; Free for health screenings; Fixed fee for field trips.

Eligibility

Adults 60 or older and adults with disabilities age 50 - 59. If under 60, must be receiving SSI or SSDI in order to qualify.
