Eligibility
- Must be public land with convenient access to a fire hydrant in a safe location (for gardeners) that is visible to the public.
- The topography must be suitable for planting.
- The volunteer group’s commitment must be for more than one growing season.
- The volunteer group must have at least several volunteers with one person agreeing to be the contact person.
