Primary provider at clinic refers to community support director and residential coordinator. When clinic is closed on weekends, crisis worker and back-up crisis worker must be contacted for after hours admission.

Description

Temporary living environment where treatment and support services can begin. Six beds; not a crisis unit; length of stay two weeks, up to one month. For persons with mental health problems who are homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless, or need to acquire skills and access to resources to achieve independent living.
