Provides consumers with a listing of privately owned and managed multi-family buildings that are approved to receive subsidy from the USDA Rural Development Program. The list covers all counties in the jurisdiction, and includes the address, the property manager to contact, and a summary of each property. List includes information on units that are approved for families, older adults, and those with disabilities. Extra assistance may be available for persons with very low incomes, the elderly, and persons with disabilities in cases where they cannot afford to pay 30% of their income.
