Improve the quality of life for low-income families and migrant seasonal farm workers by collaborating with other private and governmental entities. The Council will continuously strive to access resources and work collaboratively with other entities in creating and supporting a seamless system of service delivery that fosters and promotes self-sufficiency for low income families in our communities.
