The Clerk of Courts office is comprised of three divisions. The legal division in the main courthouse on the square handles civil, criminal, anti-stalking civil protection order and court of appeals cases. The domestic division is located at 75 E. Main St. and handles divorce, dissolution, child custody, paternity, civil protection order and contempt cases. The title division located at 877 E. Main St. in Newark and 316 Township Rd. in Pataskala handles all matters related to the processing of automobile titles.
