Investigation of alleged child abuse, neglect or exploitation within families or child care facilities, schools, group homes, etc. Alternative intake can also do assessments for cases of domestic violence if children are in the home and affected. Note a case must be opened in order to receive additional services.

It carries out its mandate: Protecting children by strenghtening families through the dedication of 100 employees, 20 adoptive families, 600 volunteers and more than 100 partner agencies.
