Call or go online to register for the program. Participants will receive text messages twice a week during pregnancy and through eight weeks postpartum. Gift cards are issued for joining the program, completing the first prenatal visit by the first 14 weeks of pregnancy and for attending the postpartum visit within 84 days of giving birth. A portable crib is available after attending eight prenatal visits. Enrollees should look out for reverification packets in the mail and report any address changes to their JFS office.
