Application process

Walk-in for HIV testing: M-Th: 8:00am-4:00pm; Tu: 8:00am-7:00pm. May also phone for an appointment or more information M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Written or phone referral is needed only if it is required by client's insurance. It is preferred that persons under 18 are accompanied by a parent but not required unless under age 13.

Fee

Testing and support group are free. For other services payment plans are available and third party payment is accepted. Financial assistance may be provided for those who are unable to pay or have no insurance; in some cases services may be free.

Eligibility

No restrictions. Free Zone support group is only for those with HIV/AIDS.
