Fee

No cost to search for an agency. Foreclosure prevention counseling and homeless counseling services are also available free of charge. Note: Housing counseling agencies are permitted to charge fees for other forms of housing counseling, including pre-purchase, reverse mortgage, rental, and non-delinquency post-purchase counseling services.
