The St. Martin De Porres Outreach Center may be able to help with food vouchers when funding is available. Appointments are required. All financial assistance is determined on a case by case basis. Clients must have transportation to the Mission Center in Plain City.

Application process
People requesting help may go to the Plain City police station, 800 Village Blvd., and fill out a St. Martin De Porres request form. Their ID will be checked by the city police. Completed forms must be dropped off at St. Joseph Parish Activity Center 670 W Main St, in the "drop off" box outside the front doors. Drop off box is checked daily. Appointment is required.
