Tries all misdemeanors and ordinance violations occurring in these cities. Maintains records of legal proceedings. Has jurisdiction in civil matters up to $10,000 and in small claims court. Functions also as a traffic and eviction court. Can hold initial hearings on felony cases. Provides jury selection for Lyndhurst Municipal Court.
