Assigns a Service Navigator that will assist participants with job shadowing, career exploration, skills training, and job development and on-the-job training support. Each participant will have access to peer mentors that have successfully completed the program. Will provide additional supports and services to empower adults with disabilities to complete activities resulting in community employment.
